I believe in He that created me,

and gave me free will.

Instilled in me a sense of pride.


Blessed me with a healthy body

and a sound mind. Created

in me a sense of purpose.


Imprinted in my heart a true

road map to peace and happiness.

I am grateful for the use of


all of my limbs that allows me

to take long walks through

the fertile fields.


I am grateful for my sense of

hearing, that I may enjoy the songs

of the Mocking Birds.


I am grateful for the feeling I get

when I touch the roses in my

Mother's garden.


For all of these things, I am

truly grateful.
