GAMALIEL AND ELVIRA'S WEDDING ANNIVERSARY(August 14, 1976

It was just forty-six years ago today,

that we took our vowels in front of God and man.

We exchanged vowels of love and respect,

and put our lives in the Master;s hands.

Over the years we have encountered storms,

we have seen and felt the burdens of despair.

We have battled with the enemy, but thru

it all we were sustained by the power of prayer.

We have been blessed in spite of our trials,

we have succeeded because of our love

and our unyielding faith, that we

remain covered by his blood.

We take this opportunity to reach out

to our family and friends.

To thank them for being there thru

the thick and the thin.

When this day passes into history,

another life's story will unfold.

We are looking forward to the years,

that are more precious than silver or gold.

This poem is one for the ages,

the content will forever be the same.

With God's blessing, only the

dates will change.
